Awesome protection plan they are very helpful and get things done

we purchase this protection to go along with our new TV. I hope we don't have to use it but I have purchased this before and did not regret the purchase. Geek Squad is so easy to work with.

I always get this service on tv. I call and they are always very helpful with settings on the tv and figuring out what is wrong and fix the problem.

Always good having the reassurance of the Geek Squad protection plan. Never know what could happen in 2 years. It's nice knowing I have them if problems occur.

Just purchased this Geek Squad Plan for a 32-inch Insignia (Best Buy brand) TV.

I bought my televisions at the Best Buy warehouse where I always find incredible quality, incredible deals and the prices are so cheap why not ensure it just in case something happens; it’s all well worth it.

Hands down, the best no hassel warrenty program available. If you have an issue, call Geek Squad. They fix it or replace it with brand new one. Your model not available? They give you the newer version.

Luckily we haven't had to call them for help. We got the greatest insurance for extra protection

It covers quiet a few issues and considering I was buying a brand I didnt have earlier, this will come in handy.

Always good to have a professional place to turn when help is needed. Have not had an occasion to use it yet but the confidence of knowing they are there is comforting.

They come to your house in a timely manner and they handled my tv with care. They were able to figure out the problem quickly and did a great job installing it.

Excellent price point for the coverage, I couldn’t pass up the 5 year price with my new tv especially since the last one was 3 years older and lighting surge caused me to have to replace it.

Can’t complain the geek squad protection service has never let me down. In my opinion there is no downside.

Overall they can help with minor or not complex things but aren’t too good at complicated things. They are good to help walk you thru the things they do know.

Appointment was excellent. On time, installation and review of use was professional. AND, unpackaged and removal was CLEAN. Protection plan is essential when purchasing a high end item.

A good value and recommended if you plan to keep your product for more than 2years!

Haven't had to use it yet and hopefully never will. Coverage is great for the price and don't have to worry about my purchase for 5 years.
