Another insurance purchase. I use to not get these, but it seems that each item I get on for, I don't have problems with it. Okay if that's what it takes for trouble free items.....

Everyproblem from loading, interface, distortions, dropouts have been dealt with quickly and efficiently be the Geek squad. Mostly over the phone, but once or tice at Best Buy. These people know what they are doing and are worth the investment.

I can’t say anything negative about this Geek Squad protection. It’s the best protection for any of your prize appliances or electronics. You totally understand once you have to use it.
