Great price for added protection from issues. I got this plan for 5 years, what a deal! And since it was for a large tv, Best Buy will come to my home! Can’t beat that!

I purchased this protection with the above Samsung TV and wall mount. The previous TV had problems after purchased and was finally replaced with a new Samsung TV with the protections.

Bought it because it would be cheaper to purchase than buying another new tv if this one has a problem.

It is always good to have protection! Especially with a high value item.

Any time i had a problem with electronics it was replaced or fixed even with a newer model if that one was not maid any more

I always make sure to get the Geek Squad Protection. When I have a problem with my tech they always help me out immediately or they send someone to my home to take care of the issue. Totally worth every penny.

I have used this plan to the core and it was helpful. Especially with the remote connect so they can see exactly what is going on with your computer

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.
