I purchase protection plans with all of my Best Buy purchases because repairs are so easy and the customer service is amazing. When my item wasn't able to be repaired, I was given a credit to purchase a new one.

Just love them i call them and answer my questions not only that they sent someone out to check it out

I never used to buy extended warranty services but I've purchased and had to use it and couldn't believe how good I was treated when I did go to use it.

The agents did a great job loading my TV into my car correctly.

So far, no complaints - hopefully I won't have to use it ever!

These tecs are great. Had a problem while TV was days from going out of protection. Received a full refund. I will not purchase a produce without protection.

Tv has been great but knowing I have a warranty in case it has problems is great to know. I have never had a problem with their warranty

I bought the additional warranty "just in case" my son broke this tv. He broke my last computer by swinging a toy into it, so I now have that extra peace of mind should he do something like that again with his new tv.

A definitely must buy for those high price electronics items. Why spend so much money on something if you are not going to insure it in case of an accident.

It's very reassuring knowing that we have this in case anything goes wrong. Haven't had to use it yet
