I have never had any problems if something went wrong I needed to return it or if something was damaged and I needed to return it the Best Buy Plaza Airport Road is the best never had a hard time they have always been willing to assist me And I appreciate everything they do Best Buy really stand behind a products thank you guys so much. Had an issue with burn in with my older B7A LG OLED and they came out immediated and replaced with new C version panel. No additional charge! Great insurance for any electronics!

He was able to find a Roku tv that would fit in my entertainment center on Best Buy's online store. All I had to do was pay for it online and wait for delivery. The tv came in a couple of days and set up was easy and not complicated; now I'm able to watch my channels! Thank you!
