    I bought this protection because when you spend thousands on a TV and it breaks I just wanted the feeling that I am able to get a new TV hassle free.

    almost into the end of my 2 year agreement the TV went bad. Geek Squad came to my house, helped me out, all ended up good. If not for geek squad protection I would have spent a lot more on another TV

    I always purchase Best Buy protection plan they stand behind there warranty with no questions asked and you receive exactly what they promised.

    Have not had to use them on the Tnew TV yet. However, their work on my computers has been outstanding and I am sure they will be able to handle the TV problem, it one occurs. The contract is worth it!
