Its a great feeling to know that your always covered. I always purchase warranty electronics are to expensive nit to get them covered.

Anytime I spend over $100.00 at best buy I purchase a geek squad Protection plan. A lot of times people don't want to spend the extra couple dollars. But it more than pays for itself when an incident arises.

Haven't had to use it, but I like the quality of work they have done on previous issues. Better to be safe than sorry.

Haven’t used geek squad on current tv but used it on tv I purchased years ago and ran into no issues, tv was repaired with new parts and had no problems after even up to when I upgraded to a 4K. Tv was fine and working even then, actually sold to my brother in law.

I have learned to always get geek squad coverage with any new electronics (tv, computer etc). If I make even one phone call for tech support it has paid for itself!

I always purchase a warranty for my electronics just in case something happens or goes wrong.

We bought this to protect our new Tv but returned the tv in the first 14 days.

I did purchase this protection plan to be on the safe side, but thankfully I have not had to annoy them yet. But if I ever do, I will make an additional review.

They know what they are doing. Do you? Are you "hoping" for a good result? Hope is not a strategy. These folks are pros.

Going on 20 years now, we have only purchased our electronics from Best Buy and we always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. It is great and has paid for itself many times. The Customer Service is always great!
