The Geek Squad crew came out and took the broken C1 and replaced it with the C2.

For many years I have relied on and have been very impressed by the helpfulness and responsiveness of GEEK SQUAD

Happy that I bought this because we all know technology can fail and so it’s great to know I have this protection with my for 5 years just in case anything happens to my tv .

I bought the LG C9 with a 5 year warranty and a 1 year manufacturers warranty. I don’t have t stress about burn in or any any other issues. A must if investing in a Oled.

WILL HOPEFULLY NEVER HAVE TO USE IT. I DID HAVE ONE ON MY LAPTOP AND IT SAVED ME A BUNCH OF MONEY WHEN IT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED TWICE.

I purchased the protection for a TV I bought. I went in the store yesterday spoke with a manager. I made her aware of the situation. She told me the geek squad protection covers for power surges. I told her a power surge caused the TV and the room to catch on fire. I made her aware the TV was not repairable. She told me to bring the TV in it was covered. I brought the TV in today, spoke with a different manager that made me aware it wasn't covered. He stated the protection does cover for a power surge , but because of the shape the TV is in the can't return it. I am totally disappointed. I drove 30 minutes there wasting my time.

I connected my own tv love it and definitely buying the 82 inch for family room

when you buy something expensive, always need to have protection just in case. the peace of mind we need for our expensive buys. am i right?

The only protection that will protect you from burn in issues on your OLED TV. A no brainer add-on service if you're an OLED buyer.

Great deal for electronics. Recommended for more fragile gear.

Anytime you buy a television, I highly recommend you buy a warranty from best buy they have the best warranties.
