Geek squad is helpful, friendly and makes sure every is up and running before leaving

Will buy the 5 year warranty every time. Our LG went blue and couldn’t be repaired in the last year of our warranty. New TV, full installation & wall mount included as that was how we purchased the LG 4 years ago.

Always comes in handy to have the extra protection. Had to use it once and the process was great for a free replacement.

I bought a Hisense Roku t.v. that blinked out on me after a few years and I didn’t get the extended warranty. When I purchased the LG t.v. I definitely included an extended warranty package.

I highly recommend this product, when came time too purchased the representative explained the difference in the product I was hoping to purchase. The Geek representative also is highly recommended he has plenty of knowledge

It would be stupid not to purchase the geek squad plan when buying a samsung tv for the price, because after you own the tv for maybe a month, you will get an insurance packet from samsung, after registering your tv online. It is extremely expensive, while geek-squad if you purchase minimum of 2 years you can renew it when the 2 years is up.

Haven't used the warranty and Hopefully won't need to. Always had good warranty aervice from Best Buy.

Warranty is worth getting when it comes to owning electronic devices from any store. We had a 55" Tv that after four years went out and quit working. Since we had the extra warranty on it Best Buy gave us a new Tv upgrade from what we had.

I love Geek Squad...it gives me the protection and confidence I need to buy from Best Buy..which is the only place I buy my electronics from.

I loved it, it worth every penny, high quality, and very fast processor!

When making a major purchase I thought it was a good idea to have the geek squad warranty as well since the geek squad service has been so reliable I think I was a good idea to have the warranty also I'm very happy with Best buy and The geek squad team

GS always great. They are always great. I have had them come out for a few different appliances, my dryer more than once.

The Geek squad was great. Came in and set up my tv on my entertainment center. Very professional and great service. Made sure that I was pleased.

Geek Squad 5 yr protection on my new TCL Smart TV that I purchased was a great price!! It gives me added security and peace of mind.

Used the service on a Vizio for my father a few years ago. Brought TV in and they couldn't fix it so we got a new one of the same price.

I do not buy any electronic device without buying a Geek Squad Protection Plan. It's nice to be worry free for 5 years. I have owned several Insignia products in the past and I have yet to have one fail, but I play it safe and protect them anyways.

The extended warranty though the Geek squad give you a 5 year warranty.

If you ever wonder if you need Geek Squad protection, don't struggle. Especially electronics these days.. their life span is short and build quality is not quite guaranteed. Your warranty will give you complete peace of mind!. At least my experience with Best Buy warranty has been always pleasant!

This feels like i am reviewing geek servitude. haven't used it yet, but figured i needed it since 4 year old OLED had major burn-in issues. totally should be covered by mfr, but i guess they didn't anticpate a pandemic and that my burn in would be "CNN LIVE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC" not kidding
