What can I say, it’s geek squad. Good to have!!!!!!

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

So glad to have a warranty with this product! It makes it easier to spend the money on it.

I have gone to the Geek Squad numerous times over the past years. They have always been so helpful and patient with my limited knowledge of technology. I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about their electronics!

I always get tgis with every major purchase. You never know when you will need this.

so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

Geek Squad is extremely clutch. Absolutely worth the money. I have used them multiple times, and they never fail.

Always feel safe. There is absolutely no substitute for being responsible. But accidents do happen, even with the best of us.

I have not had any trouble with the TV I purchased this policy for. However this TV replaced another one that I had the Geek Squad protection on. The TV could not be repaired so Best Buy just gave me back the amount I paid and I purchase the TV I currently have. It truly was no hassle.
