So far so good. Have called to ask technical questions on new TV i purchased and got good guidance. Have not needed to use for repairs yet.

Great peace of mind when something goes wrong. Ive had geek squad protection in the past and it has come in handy especially on the last year before it ends.

It’s great It’s hard to find a good warranty these days in the past I have use this after the manufactures warranty there’s no more and the TV stopped working and Best Buy replaced it

You can't not have a plan and this is a really long one to last through the years. Comes with the systems hardware malfunctioning on its own, but at 5 years, it's a necessary purchased for well cared for, and pricey, purchases.
