Will buy the 5 year warranty every time. Our LG went blue and couldn’t be repaired in the last year of our warranty. New TV, full installation & wall mount included as that was how we purchased the LG 4 years ago.

The geek squad warranty is is great. But I am ok with never using it.

5 year protection so worth it on a TV. On average TV's can burn out internal chips, boards, capacitors, resistors, and there a heck of a lot of tech in there compared to years ago, much more could go wrong so best to have the 5 year service imo.

TV is great, quality of images, feels like a more expensive tv

haven't had to use it but have close friends that have thats why i purchased based on there experiences

I do buy coverage on items. The only thing that bothers me is that the first year, the coverage is actually covered by the manufacturer. So your paying of "two years"really only gives me 2nd year coverage. At least that's the way I understand it.

have not used this yet as the tv is new! Not familiar with their service team.

I am technologically illiterate and I have to go to the Geek Squad many times to ask what they probably feel are stupid questions. They are always polite and help me with my problems. I go to the Gravios Bluffs store in St. Louis and they usually fix my problem right in front of me while I wait.

Again added protection is always worth it in my opinion. For the price it’s a no brainer.

Didn't buy the 2 year protection at first but got it within the month, glad I did since I was worried my dog would knock it over with it being on the floor lol on the wall now but either way good to have protection in case anything happens

Agents who installed T.V did awesome and would recommend highly, I will say the program used to give equal trade value need to be more accurate on EQUAL service not DOWN GRADE to save money on a product you used INSURANCE CLAIMS on.

I’ve had the geek squad before it’s a great plan. Anything over $25 I usually put a plan on. You never know I’m gonna happen and they’re always good when you need something.

My last tv only a 1 year warranty when it broke so that didn’t help. Made sure to get the longer warranty with this new tv.

This feels like i am reviewing geek servitude. haven't used it yet, but figured i needed it since 4 year old OLED had major burn-in issues. totally should be covered by mfr, but i guess they didn't anticpate a pandemic and that my burn in would be "CNN LIVE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC" not kidding

Geek Squad protection plan is great. Any questions about a device purchased at Best Buy they are always ready to answer. If a device needs to be replaced, with this protection is no problem. A piece of mind to have this protection.

I never had to use the geek squad but i feel it’s a goof thing to have just in cast.

High end tv’s are expensive and I have had bad luck with other brands high end tv and want to protect my investment. I will be sad for waisting the money if in 5 years nothing goes wrong but I would cry if I have spent another 2500 on a tv and it breaks in 2 years with no coverage. Protection well worth it

i always get the geek squad prtection, you may never use it but when you need it it is there, the prior tv i bought it was a good thing i had this, the manufacture protection ran out geek squad replaced my tv with no questons
