I am so glad I add the warranty, to know my tv is covered gives me an added bonus to my new purchase.

Love geek squad warranties.Anytime I have a issue with a product I'm able to return it to the store and the customer service rep returns the items for me.

Please get this. Expect the unexpected. Our old tv had dying pixel lines and we had no protection.

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

Geek Squad has always been quick and very efficient with my inquires and repairs.

I've only used Best Buy warranty once in my life. It was with TIVO DVR OTA. It stopped working, took it to Best Buy, and they told me to get a new one. End of the story. K9

Good price for two years of protection. I’ve had Geek Squad anti virus and the help with that was excellent.

I always purchase insurance on all my items. I love the fact that I can get to my local Best Buy and get the help asap. I've used Geek Squad and they definitely helped me with all my questions and guide me on replacements when needed.

Warrarnty is $ well spent. Ive gotten multiple warranties from best buy and had to use a few times. Definitely worth it

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

Buying a warrantee is like car insurance when you need it you’re glad it’s there when your product doesn’t have an issue you’re glad it doesn’t but you kind of feel like you wasted your money.

For my first Oled tv I wanted to get the protection plan to cover myself. Just in case. I like having peace of mind. Best buy is the only place that covers burn in.
