Absolutely excited to have this warranty but hope to not have to use it

Great tech service for all technology appliances you purchase they do they best And they make sure to tell you what things are needed and are going to be done for them to be able to fix the appliances

we havent had to use this yet but i feel it is a good buy for the purchase, Hope fully we wont ever use it but still feel good about it.

Haven't had to use this yet since the tv I just bought is working fine, but I've always had good experiences with Best Buy and no hassle warranties.

I have always purchased the service plans for all my equipment. It is easy to just bring in your defective unit for the replacement. And by extending your warranty, it saves you on new tv purchase.

If you ever have a problem with your product you can guarantee the first thing that is asked by the employee is did you purchase the gsp? And if yes then there’s no issue getting you taken care of.

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

5 years of geek squad.. 5 years! Havent need to call the squad, but good to know I can if need be.

Went in for a phone repair . Checked in hassle free and returned within 2 hours to pick it back up. Staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing . I would recommend geek squad service to anyone.

Have not had to use this service yet but the assurance of being able to bring in my TV for any issues makes it worth it. OLED Tvs in particular can have burn-in issues that make this service essential.
