This was a big reason why I bought the TV I did through Best Buy. This was a gift for my parents, and I knew that if they had any problem with the TV that Geek Squad would take care of them.

I purchase Geek Squad coverage for all my major purchases. I had a television that was close to the very end of the coverage - and the TV was literally dying... the Geek Squad came out and did their thing and it was literally like new!

Whereas the manufacture's warranty will only fix defective parts and products, the Geek Squad over at Best Buy can fix just about anything wrong with your item, minus physical damage to it. for about 55 bucks, that is certainly a great deal.

Geek squad is always there when you need help! I always get a helpful squad member!

Seriously, for the price and peace of mind, foolish not to. Geek squad us great.

I love the Geek Squad protection plans. They definitely cover what the manufacturer doesn't and allows you to protect you investment years into the future. Totally worth it for the peace of mind.

We brought the TV home and set it up ourselves. Had no problem at all. Did not use GeekSquad but will if we have any problems.

The best way to protect my investment is with the warranty. I really have found the Best Buy warranty to be a benefit for all my purchases. Although they are not cheap, they do come in handy at repair time and every tech I have encountered has been great and knowledgeable.

To know that i have the peace of mind if anything happens to my TV that it will be fixed or replaced is pretty amazing. The cost of the 2 year warranty wasnt bad at all. And to also know that all i have to do to take care of it is take it to my local best buy is even better.

I geek squad team is amazing if you ever have any issues with any products you buy from BestBuy and they other there protection I strongly suggest getting it!

Would recommend getting a warranty just in case something happens you don’t have to worry

Haven't had to use it yet but glad I have it! I have had experience with electronics malfunctioning.

It is really good to know that I have Geek Squad there to assist me. I have only had to use them twice in my life and they also gave me professional advice on other things that was really needed

Purchasing the extended plan was worth the cost for me. After a year and a half my TV picture went completely out. I took the TV to the Best Buy store and in 2 days I had a store credit for the total cost of the TV. The plan is well worth it.
