Havent used it yet cause just purchased the item. Lets see if I need to use it. But it is always good to have it just incase. $20 for 2 years dont have to think twice.

Bought contract for 5 years just because I got such a good deal on price of tv. Costs $25 for peace of mind to be replaced if anything goes wrong.

Best Buy always offers the best insurance. Saves you a headache. Other companies make you go through these huge process but this is great

If you purchase a Samsung TV the warranty is a must . Thank God for the warranty because my last 3 Samsung’s have been replaced

I always buy the protection plan when getting a new tv at Best Buy. It comes in really handy when you have problems with the tv. Best Buy would send out a tech to your house and it’s great! Would recommend this!

I was disappointed with the service that I paid for on my washer and dryer. I called several times letting them know that the steam kit hadn't been placed on my dryer. Instead of just sending out a tech, I had to argue for days to get refunded. Mind you I had a zero balance and purchased several large items with extra warranties, I'll never make that mistake again. They don't want to honor the extra warranties.

Do yourself a favor, once you spend this amount of money on a product, go ahead and spend the extra little bit to get protection. I mean it lasts for five years! you don't get that kind of insurance anywhere else!

Best buy has thr best warranty next to cost co. I always buy insurance on all my products.

Must have for all the lightening storms we got around here. I need this for my beautiful new OLED with all the bells and whistles.
