I have not yet had to use the warranty, but with how fragil technology is, a warranty is the smart thing to do. 5 years, 70.00, if it makes you feel better that’s less than 4 cents a day.

Bought an OLED C1 so this was a no question you could never be to safe and best buy has always been a trusted service!

The squad did everything they could short of replacing the TV

Great deal for the value. I don’t always purchase warranty however for certain products it is a must.

All I have to say is this.... why go drop off my computer when I can have them remote join and fix the issues? Not to mention link my printer to the computer.

I rely on them whenever l get into technical difficulty. Everyone is professional and attentive. Great for peace of mind.

The remote ability to fix my TV and the in house installation as well as previous visits in store with computer ended up with all fixes with courteous, professional and timely service.
