This TV was purchased for another individual. Buying the 5-year plan was a no-brainer given the value.

great to have as the geekk squad delivered and hung the tv. Hooked up the sound bar and all our additional equipment and made sure everything works.

They are very helpful and professional. We had the install our tv and soundbar. Did a great job. There was an issue that crept up and we were able to schedule a reinstall with no problems.

This has been the best purchase made at Best Buy!! The team comes to your house with any tech issues, will mount TVs, you name it!!

I'm super glad I had this plan. It saved me from paying full price on a new TV. Bad thing is, everything is done over the phone, and NO 2 people tell you the same thing. NO 2 people have any idea what the last person did, or is doing. If you use this: REFUSE a 3rd party to take care of you. Only use a Best Buy paid Geek Squad employee to do any of the work, AND evaluation. I ended up having to go tho the store in person throwing a temper tantrum to get this resolved correctly. Thank God for the store manager, he was a tremendous help. He got done in 2 days what the phone numbers I call couldn't get done in 2 weeks.

As you know, even tvs have a ton of tech and software in them. All of the new consoles and 4k tvs are very expensive, so I highly recommend purchasing the 2yr geek squad plan through best buy.

The service is by far one of the best in its category. It gives little to no issues and ensures a great user experience.

We always buy the 5 year protection plan on any TV we buy from Best Buy. Just replaced one that was no longer repairable. Good investment.

Have not had to use the warranty yet since we just recently bought the TV. It was so inexpensive it didn't make sense not to buy it. Great value and I'm sure the service from the Geek Squad will be amazing!
