I have used Geek Squad Protection twice to replace tvs. Will always recommend it on expensive electronics. Geek Squad always very professional in handling claims.

Having taken the Geek Squad protection plan puts my mind at ease. If a problem occurs, no worries because I can always call the Geek Squad for quick help.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

This benefit came with the product. I did not have to use it but it gave me peace of mind with my purchase and put me over the top!

Broke some Items and they covered it with the warranty

Good price for the protection plan. I didn’t usually add on extra protections but I decided it was worth it for the new TV.

I haven’t needed to use it yet but it certainly gives me peace of mind knowing that it’s available if I have any problems.

I needed this plan just in case additional help was needed for items purchased. Wasn’t clear on what the Geek Squad does.

We bought the service contract as we are not down in FL all the time. If friends are staying there it's just a phone call away to take care of anything that might go wrong.
