I wish i would have knew how this works but anyway i am glade i got the service cause i needed it a month after purchasing but could not use it untill a year later the manufacturing warrenty last a year an had to be used 1st

The extra protection plan is worth it on high dollar items. I've had a TV fail after a year, Routers die etc. Call them up or take it to the store and change it or refund with no hassle.

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

Haven't had to use it yet and hope I never do. This if for a TV I got my mom. This protection gives me peace of mind knowing Best Buy will take care of issues should there be a problem and my mom will not have to worry about any cost out of her pocket.

I bought this tv for my mom, and she loves it. The quality is amazing, just purchased a smaller one for my daughter.

My washer comes with a 1 year standard warranty and a 10 year on the motor. This gives me the satisfaction of having 5 years of service with peace of mind. I used this once and Geek Squad was able to come out and do the repair without additional charges.

If your going to spend a lot of money on quality parts then go ahead and treat yourself to a geek squad protection plan. It’s worth it!!!!

I like to purchase the GS service along with the items I buy at Best buy just in case...and I have used them.

Renewed for replacement TV. Based on prior experience I won't be disappointed if this one fails.

I generally stay away from extended warranties but one purchase I did take the warranty and low and behold I had an issue with my Sony TV and received a new TV since they stopped making the broken part-- all due to the warranty
