The Geek Squad did a great job safely delivering, installing, and mounting my new LG UHD TV. The set up was fast and they even hauled away my old TV!

I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

Has been there to help at all troubling parts of setup, or any issues with my product.

These warranties have suited many times. I usually don't buy them outside of Best Buy because I know they are a rip off. Best Buy honors their warranties.

Haven't used this yet probably never will but it's a good thing to have just in case

When I bought my big screen Sony TV I also purchased the 5-year Geek Squad protection. Was I ever glad I did! Lightening struck my home and after a visit from a Geek Squad technician, my TV was determined to be beyond repair and I received a brand new Sony within a week.. Fantastic!!

I would highly reccomend purchasing the warranty to protect my 85 yr old mom. I was told if it breaks or something goes wrong to just bring it in and we get a new one no questions asked! At her age who needs the problems..... for three years we are protected for 20$ simple as that!!!

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.
