TV pic is good, but the sound is all treble no base. Sounds like an old cheap radio. I adjusted the settings, and it's still bad. Ok for maybe your bedroom. Definitely not your main TV.

No hands-free Alexa like the 55" has. Otherwise it's a great tv but we chose this for the Alexa built in. Ex. What's the point of holding down the microphone to say "skip commercial" when you can just click "ok"?

Going forward I warn everyone to be wary of making a purchase of the Geek Squad protection plan. Due to a problem with the purchase I reached out last Thursday and made an appointment for a technician to come out. The appointment window was for today (Tuesday) from 7am-7pm and then yesterday I received a follow-up with the shorter window of 2pm-6pm and to confirm my appointment, which I did. 6pm came and went without hearing anything from the technician or Best Buy so I reached out. I was informed that today is the scheduled day off of the technician that was supposed to come out for the repair. I was told that I could reschedule my appointment and the earliest would be next week. When I reminded them that I did everything on my end to be prepared and how the only reason I knew no one was going to come is that I called after the scheduled appointment window, I was informed that they are sorry and to "make it right" they would send a technician out next week for the repair. I have spoken to several representatives this evening have been refused the opportunity to speak to a lead/manager/higher up regarding the situation. 1 of the reps even suggested that it's ok that it has to be rescheduled and that it's a full window because I can just speak to my manager and request the day off so I can make the new appointment. There is a complete disregard for communication and customer service and doing right by the service being offered and paid for.

This tv has a very good picture, however, the HDMI port is not working properly and I have to return it. Also, I’m not able to use my Roku stick with it.

I bought a 60' TV on Black Friday and the screen was cracked by accident. I called them and they told me THEY REPAIR EVERYTHING EXPECT THE SCREEN PROBLEMS. I was like, so what's the point to purchase this?? Because the most important thing that we want u to take of is the screen, isn't it? Also, the agent didn't give me any helpful suggestion or anything, and she hang up my phone call!!! (Actually she could just tell me that my TV is still covered by the Best Buy's return and exchange policy which another agent told me later.) Anyway, don't buy, it sucks!
