I was standing over at the oled TV's and the guy who worked there asked me if I was thinking about buying one and I said yes! So he ask me to look at something he had on sale and it was a B7 55" lg oled tv! He showed me the price and my jaw dropped when I saw the price "699" and I said yes I will take it And I purchased this warranty and I am very happy with my purchase because this tv is great!

I really appreciate and love the installers because they walk me through it explained everything to me and fixed and clean what they messed up

Have not had to use this yet, but from a past experience when I had to, all went well. And, since my TV was unable to be fixed on that occasion, I was able to purchase a new TV with a gift card with the reimbursement for the price of that TV. This gives me peace of mind that if anything happens with this new TV in the future, I’ll be covered.

Got this warranty for my daughters tv after her previous tv went black with no warning and no warranty. Do yourself a favor and get the warranty. It provides peace of mind for the unknown!

Geek Squad is the best warranty program out there. They have come to my home twice when a big name device decided to go belly up and they replaced both times with no questions asked after analyzing the problems. I normally do not trust any extended warranty but GS is the glaring exception. I would always buy it.

Great method of getting peace of mind for your expensive TV purchase. The burn-in coverage is something unique when it comes to warranties offered by established sellers.

If you get a chance to take advantage of this within the first 2yrs after purchase, then you'll be golden. Sadly most electronics seemed to be programmed to fail within 24hrs after any insurance, protection, warranty, etc. have expired lol

No electronic household device should be without geek squad protection!! The squad is well run, knowledgeable, responsive,courteous, clean. They take the responsibilities of their job seriously as well as client satisfaction!! We have been working with geek squad members since 2006 & highly recommended this technical service.

Would not purchase anything without it. But of course i hope i never have to use it! But it's nice to know my back is covered.

bought 65" insignia 4k tv in july - hdmi ports (all 3) failed in mid november - purchased 4 year geek squad svc contract - contacted geek squad service - 4 separate chat sessions, and 1 telephone call later, they have yet to have the repair person come to my home to put a new motherboard in my tv - it is not even scheduled!! on the telephone call this morning, their rep said they did not even have a repair person in this area (syracuse, ny), to service tv's. they took my money for the contract but can't even provide the service!! buyers beware of this tactic - service is not part of their dna!!!

You absolutely MUST get a 5 year SERVICE PLAN when purchasing SAMSUNG SMART TVs because my last two TVs went in 2 years and 3 years. It's truly a NO BRAINER.

Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

Every warranty on anything that you buy from bestbuy it's really worth every penny!!!. Have always get it on every item that I've bought and it has become so useful, casue bestbuy always respects the warranty and exchanges anything that has problems for a new one without hesitation, I personally really recommend it!!!!!.

I've been buying Geek Squad Service Protections for every purchase over $250 for 20 years! I've only had to use it once...but that ONE time, I saved the cost of I don't know how many protection plans for how many products! I advise everybody who asks to always get the added warranty protection!
