We have purchased this warranty to cover the Samsung TV also bought from Best Buy. So far with any warranties we have purchased through them they have honored accordingly.

Great picture, screen can be seen l from every corner of the living room. Wonderful refresh rate looks larger than standard screen because of the curve.

This service is probably not for everyone, but was well worth getting for my tv.
