2 years protection not expensive at all great for if you have little ones

We had the geek squad assembly and connect our tv along with the blue ray sound system They were courteous and professional. Having the warrenty brings peace of mind!

Helpful service for people who aren’t tech savvy. Good at fixing the virus that was on my laptop.

Geek Squad couldn't hook my tv up because of COVID but they got in in the house and later on helped me get an extended warranty

Nice to always have a back up plan. Haven't called upon this service as yet. But the fact that it is there is pleasing. Especially for my parents and in laws devices.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

Fir me personally, I just spent over $13 k, so umm yeah. Spend a few bucks for a 5 year extended warranty is a no brainer.

The Geek Squad did not install my tv. Have not needed the Geek Squad’s services, yet. Purchased coverage as protection of a $1500 tv purchased 10/29/2021.

Have not had to use it yet, so hard to rate it. Hope it comes in handy if I ever need it.

I purchased a TV that was open box and I was offered the extended warranty for my TV. It was emailed to me and I did not have to call in to ask about it. Great store.

As always, Bestbuy has the best protection plan and a must when spending money on expensive items.
