Have yet to need the service of the geek squad. I am confident that when I do need the service I will not be disappointed.

We purchased a new TV and added the Geek Squad protection in case of future repairs. Hoping we won’t need to use the service but if we do I hope they provide the best service.

We wouldn't think of buying an expensive TV or IT product without having the help of the Geek Squad. We don't have to worry about problems or questions because we always have help just a phone call away. Thanks Geek Squad!

Whenever we make a major purchase for electronics, we always get the Geek Squad Protection warranty. In the past, this has always been a good decision. They have even given me assistance in setting up a computer with extra software I bought.

I bought a sony 55 4k that was on display and the last one in the store so I felt I need to get the plan even though I have confidence that this sony product will last a long time

This plan is always helpful. It brings me at ease knowing that my computer is protected. I don't have to worry about dropping it, water damage or any other malfunctions that occur. I have had this plan on al my computers.

I highly recommend the geek squad. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I had issues with a new stove and they did there best to fix my issues as soon as possible.

I always get the warranty though Best Buy when buying a tv. It’s covered my butt more than once! Honestly something I’d rather have and not use than my tv mess up and not have it.

While I have not had to use this service yet and hopefully i won't have to. I love knowing that if something goes south with my television they squad will send someone to my house to help fix the problem!

I added this protection plan from the Geek Squad to my TV purchase. If my TV has any problems after the manufacture warrantee expires, Best Buy will fix or replace it for free if you have their additional 2 year protection warrantee .

Just got it so havent used it yet. But having extra protection after the dud vizios i had in the past it definitely is worth it.
