I have never had an issue with any returns at this store the kids at the geek counter and service are amazing and I love them! they smile and do everything they can to make me happy!

Haven’t had to use it, but it’s nice that it was available so in case something might happen my tv could be covered.

I always purchase a warranty with all my electronics just in case. I have not had to use this one yet but it’s here in case I need it.

I’ve had this protection for all my laptop devices. I’ve had damage to a keyboard, computer crash, multiple chargers go out and cd drive break. Thanks to geek squad I’ve been protected!

I purchased this protection plan because I’ve had issues with other items in the past that I regretted not getting it. Used it once and it was worth it.

It was cheap so i bought it! Haven't had to actually use it yet.

I have to say that after purchasing the geek squad protection before I have yet to find any better warranty than a best buy warranty.

The GEEK SQUAD has a good reputation in our local region. I have not use it yet, but, I soon will be when I need help!

I purchased the protection for a TV I bought. I went in the store yesterday spoke with a manager. I made her aware of the situation. She told me the geek squad protection covers for power surges. I told her a power surge caused the TV and the room to catch on fire. I made her aware the TV was not repairable. She told me to bring the TV in it was covered. I brought the TV in today, spoke with a different manager that made me aware it wasn't covered. He stated the protection does cover for a power surge , but because of the shape the TV is in the can't return it. I am totally disappointed. I drove 30 minutes there wasting my time.

5 year protect is awesome just in case you run to a hiccup with any products.

They will be the best service I have to come out and fix or replace any issues I have with this tv all the way to the life expectancy of this tv.
