Glad I purchased the insurance. Anything can go wrong and I cannot afford to buy another TV at this time. For 5 years I know my investment is protected.

This is a great budget TV. We haven't had any issues with the TV itself. Some apps crash (about once or twice a month) but other than that it is a solid 1080p TV. We purchased ours for $300 and added the 5 geek squad warranty.

I never make an electronic purchase without adding the Geek Squad protection. They respond quickly, efficently and very knowledgeable to any problems.

Just the thing we needed. It's a must to buy if you have little kids running around.

Worth every penny in my opinion, my q70 got some red lines and they came out to replace the whole screen.

I went ahead and purchased the his added warranty to protect my investment. ( Murphys Law - if I did not purchase this added warranty something will go wrong )

for peace of mind. have not needed it yet but it will happen with all my best buy purchases
