All the features of this microwave is worth it! The hood exhaust works fantastic. Only disappointed to why didnt get 5 stars is because the one piece that rotates the plate was damaged and I ended using the one from my precious microwave that gave me the C-do error. Had to replace it with the newer version. I definitely rexommend if you get this you should definitely vent it to outside!

Bought open box dishwasher with all of its features. Purchased extended warranty to ensure that it will work for the next 3 years. Good Price, and provides me peace of mind. Would do it again

Love my Frig! Happy we decided to replace all our appliances with LG brand. We have NOT had to use the Geek Squad Service because we've had absolutely no problems with any of the appliances we've bought. I did a lot of research reading reviews on different brands. Even though some stated having issues with LG brand it was no different than any other brand having some issues as well. Decided on this refrigerator because it fit the measurements we needed. Wanted the Geek Squad Service just in case it would be needed as refrigerators like other appliances these days all have computer boards and don't last as long as the old-days appliances.

Showed up on time did everything right the first time

My old dishwasher (GE) only lasted 4 years before it went dead (and then dead once again!). I didn't have a Service Contract, so was forced to diagnose and replace electronics without any expertise with dishwashers. So with the new dishwasher, even though it is a top-of-the-line Bosch that has a reputation for reliability, I feel much better with a 5-year Extended Warranty.

Since 20012 we have been using the Geek Squad Protection warranty and I have to say, it is worth its weight in gold. The 2 year warranty really doesn't cover the major appliances so always go 5 on those. Yes, it does cost a bit extra but you can not go wrong. More times than not, when something goes off the rails they just replace it. Love it.

This protection is such peace of mind because it’s very expensive to fix any electrical issues pertaining to TVs etc.. The technicians at Best Buy are awesome.

The dishwasher I purchased was on sale at the time. I bought the extended warranty with the money I saved with the sale price. All control boards and computer chips these days . Not mechanical like the old days

Our LG Dishwasher was only 3 years old. A Geek Squad technician came out for the repair. Upon entering all the repair information it was determined that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. Thank goodness for the 5 Year extended warranty. I called the number, gave the project number and within minutes had a new dishwasher coming my way. Thanks to all for making this a smooth replacement!!

Geek Squad is why I buy products from Best Buy. The service is excellent, and they take care of the product. I wish it was a little easier to reach someone, but once you do, they do the job

Really haven’t used,,, it is very hard to associate warranty with product it was issued for as description is so very weak and obviously less than it should be.

Geek Squad makes good on all their promises when it comes to warranty. Never had a large issue with them, and they are very professional

Any other warranties at any other stores I almost always skip. Warranty is usually pain to deal with. Where's the receipt? Who do I call? Is it actually covered? Will they honor it? Most of the time no. BUT NOT WITH BEST BUY. SO EASY AND GEEK SQUAD IS QUICK, CONVENIENT & COOPERATIVE. I ALWAYS PURCHASE WARRANTIES AT BEST BUY. THEY ACTUALLY COVER STUFF, IMAGAINE THAT. Only suggestion for best buy is to maybe offer a geek squad subscription. Mayb yearly subscriptions OR 3 OR 5YR subscription to geek squad. That would cover everything I buy at best buy. I have geek squad for laptop, arlo, dishwasher, receiver & headphones. Still need carpet cleaner. New car radio & washer dryer. Would love to just purchase a geek squad subscription to cover all. That would be AWESOME!

Have had Geek protection on other items purchased at Best Buy...If a problem developed, Geek service was fast and great, and if item could not be repaired, item was replaced with a new item. Very pleased with Geek protection plans. Good value for the cost.

Very rarely do you need an extended warranty, but glad we had Geeksquad for our Samsung washer. It is one that side loads rather than top loads. Ours started leaking around the front seal. We called up our warranty number on our receipt (Make sure you keep track of those receipts!) and talked to their repair folks. They diagnosed the problem from our description (and possibly the reputation of side loading washers) and got a repairman out within the week. He replaced the front seal which required taking apart the whole front of the washer. I don't even want to know how much that would have cost if we didn't have our Geeksquad warranty in both labor and parts which were covered. Washer has worked fine since the repair several months ago.
