
I told this story with my dishwasher review, but here goes again!!! GET THE WARRANTY! I've never bought a warranty for a single thing in my entire life... until now. And? I needed it! When the guys installed my dishwasher the screws ended up digging a groove in my button panel. I was freaking out and really worried there would be no recourse or they would accuse us. They didn't. They sent the guys back to check it out within days. Then they left the old one until my new one arrived! They came back and set it up... good as new. No headache, no fighting, no nothing. Quick and easy. I just bought my washer from BB with the warranty and will do the same with my dryer too! Why use anyone else after having such a good experience.

The delivery guys set up my stove and even did an initial set up made sure everything worked. So far everything works great ! Very satisfied

I will always get the protection plan from Best Buy on larger priced items. However, their service sucks big time. I get transferred from one person to another. I set a date for service, they don't show up, even though they indicate via email the appointment is set, AND a phone call that they're going to be there between certain hours. Still a no-show. So beware! I finally had my Frigidaire 27-in wall oven door serviced. Photo is included.
