My wife had thousands of pictures on her laptop hard drive for her business that were vital and she could not recover from her backup when the drive failed. Geek squad pulled the drive and transferred the majority of the photos to the new laptop we bought. What a life saver.

So far so good with the product. Have not needed to use The Geek Squad but it's good to know they are there.

BestBuy has a professional Team for Installation and they did a great job with all my Installations. I would never think anyone other than Best Buy for appliance purchases. Very good service and trouble free installation. Thank you Best Buy we love you. We like your guys dressed up professionally and courteous with their customer centric attitude. I am a big fan of Best Buy total tech support and plan to keep it every year.

You need the additional protection nowadays. I haven’t used it for this purchase yet but it’s is essential.

Always a great addition to a big ticket item. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it (I consider anything over 300$ that is used more than 3 times a week to be “big ticket”)

The fridge was a bit wider than my door frame. They were able to safely remove the necessary components and fit the refrigerator through without causing any damage to my door or hardwood floors! Not to mention they were extremely quick. 15 minutes and they were in and out with old fridge! Amazing!

Have this on my range only because my Lg fridge was such garbage. I don’t like Lg but the range I bought was the best available option. I haven’t used this service on it yet. I’ve used it on others though. It’s a good service. Never buy Lg without it but keep in mind Lg is good until 5 years so it’s a catch 22.

In addition to offering the best price for the Kitchen Aid oven, delivery and installation (and haul away) at an excellent price, the extended warranty was offered at a price that we could not refuse.

We debated purchasing any Samsung appliances because we have heard mixed reviews, but the Geek Squad option was the perfect fit for us. Since we really loved the Samsung appliances it was a win-win to purchase knowing if by chance anything goes wrong - we have Geek Squad protection.

Have had MULTIPLE Geek Squad members here over the past couple months concerning delivery/replacement/repair of new appliances. There was an issue with each and every appliance, but Best Buy stood behind the quality assurance and made it right each time. All Geek Squad workers were polite, professional, listened to and responded to any concerns, and respectful of our home. They were prompt and always gave a call to say they were on their way, which I really appreciated.

Havnt needed it for this item but have used in the past and was super appreciative I spent the money on it. I only buy my appliance here because of hte geek squad gurantee.

I have this for a few years, I only used it once for a damaged Roku remote. I brought it in and they just gave me a new one with no problems.

Always buy the extended warranty for installed appliances. It takes the pain out of service. Appliances are not built with the quality they used to be. Brand names don’t have the same value; especially since they went to making everything in China. Not 5 stars, since the repair contractors vary in quality. Some repairmen are good and quick. Others repair people are incompetent. And the dispatchers are insensitive to your needs for a functioning machine ASAP. The Pacific Home staff at the stores are good.

So worth having a Geek Squad warranty, Only store I will buy appliances from due to horrible experiences with other stores. Keep up the good work.
