Works really good I have no problems and a bunch of complements it gives a touch of elegance to are home would definitely recommend

Have had a little over 2 years now. So far, so good. It will occasionally go thru some cycles where some strange sounds are made, but everything working fine so far. Water dispenser doesn't shut down quickly enough, so you have to hold "1--1,000" before pulling out your glass. The french doors on this model do NOT close on their own when both doors have been opened. This can REALLY be annoying as most people expect the fridge to close when you swing them shut and walk away. Not with this; the left door has to be closed first, then the right side. Really stupid design. My neighbor has a KitchenAid french door model and hers swing shut as one would expect. For this reason alone I would say go with the KitchenAid.

I actually don’t know for sure if they are five stars on this or not and I hope I never have to find out. If something does go wrong I know I will need the coverage because the purchase took all that I had

Excellent coverage for a very good price. I hope I never have to use it but it’s good to know that it’s there when I need it.

Good so far But then I haven't had to use it yet On top of that I'd rather have the protection than to be without it if I did need it

I thank God we have not had to use this for our cooktop, but glad I have it. We have had it on other times and have used it and have always been pleased with the people who are part of the Geek Squad. Only negative is that I wish it was a little cheaper.

My wife loves this microwave. Works quickly, and quietly. Connects to Alexa to turn on the light and fan as needed while cooking. Don’t have to touch the buttons while hands are occupied. Plus, the minimalist design fit her desires in the kitchen.

Great stove for the price. Wish the burners were adjusted in location, since mine meets the wall, sometimes I’d prefer to cook the opposite location.

Thus far have no complaints. The exchange of dish washer, caused by my own measurements error, has proceeded very well. Thank you Best Buy

I thought it might be a good idea to get the added protection. I used to be a Best Buy Total Member. However, after the 1st year they dropped the price $20 & took away most of the benefits.

Great value and service. I purchased an oven and got this warranty. At the time I was skeptical of the warranty. Flash forward to a few months and the oven breaks. I was able to access the warranty through the bestbuy website and get a service appointment. The tech came out fixed the problem no questions asked, not hidden charges, no limitations. Well worth the money.

We purchased our new fridge over two years ago. Can't believe it's been two years. Geek SQUAD installed it perfectly. On time and informative. We tried another company before Bestbuy and they sucked and we got our money back and turned to Bestbuy for our appliances for the first time. Purchased a 5 year protection plan which I understand should cover any problems which may arise. Price was very competitive. Only wish I could extend the plan once the 5 year plan is up like I used to when I purchased all my appliances from Sears for the past 33 years. Unfortunately, Sears is going down the tubes big time and I feel Best Buy is my best alternative at this time.

Glad to know that I have coverage if needed And g a great plan for those who are smart to take advantage of a product that works.
