both guys were great with my install. came in, evaluated what needed to be done and before we knew dishwasher was installed.

Have not needed the protection plan as of yet. I bought it because I prefer to be covered and not need than not covered and need it. It’s an insurance that help is available and affordable. Thank you.

I added protection to my microwave a couple days later and customer service was able to help me add it right away very quickly

I have not used it yet but I think it is worth protecting your investment. Geek squad in my opinion, is something one has to invest in when you make a major investment. I don’t pray anything should happen to my washer but I think it’s worth being protected.

I had buyer's remorse for not getting part of our Appliance Suite covered by warranty. Went back to the store shortly after install and purchased the warranty for the Complete Appliance Suite. I think it's worth it and with the current shortage of appliances it is even more worthwhile.

Havent had to use the Geek Squad Service agreement I purchased thankfully, but thankful for peace of mind.
