ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY THE PROTECTION PLANS AT BEST BUY!!!!! ESPECIALLY the accidental damage plans! It is a no brainer to pay a few extra dollars and protect your investment against defects and just plain old bad luck! And Best Buy makes it super easy!

I purchased my protection plan which includes all the purchases I’ve made at Best Buy, I enjoy the feeling I don’t have to worry about things breaking down.

Geek squad mounted my TV and hooked up all my appliances. They were on time they were helpful they went over and above.

One of the noisiest refrigerators we have ever owned. We bought it used, and it was a good price. It was reconditioned for resell, not reconditioned well enough. We want to buy a gas stove in the future, but we are unsure if the quality will be there.

I was amazed when I had to return an appliance. I went to Best Buy. The geek squad asked me some questions, I answered and the asked would I like the same appliance or a different one. Taking out the extended warranty was the smartest thing I did.

Have used the squad in the past and they get done what needs to be done . So I insure myself by staying involved with them in the future .

It would be better if it last for the amount of time you purchased it for. Instead if you use it 2 months for now. You would have to purchase it again for the replacement. I won’t continue to the replacement or transfer. They don’t really cover food replacement.

Bought the 5 year plan for the piece of mind. I enjoy not having to worry about new purchases that sometimes give issues after a few years.

I am happy to have gig sod because I know that my appliances are under insurance. My mind is that is knowing that my appliances are under the geek squad.

I bought this refrigerator for my garage and I fell in love with it so much the it end up putting it in the kitchen. Great Refrigerator ……..

Vary helpful and quick with getting my problem solved

I love geek squad service. It is worth it espevially for computers and laptops. I just wish there was a way of getting around standing in line for sooooo long.

refrigerator started to malfunction after a year and a half. Geek Squad arranged for a quick and professional response that got the refrigerator back in running operation without any additional cost to me.

Geek Squad customer service has been great compared to the typical Best Buy customer service call centers.

I don't buy any appliances from Best Buy without the 5 year protection. They provide great coverage. I've had full refunds or appliances replaced after several years when they can no longer be fixed.

The representative from the geek squad was excellent.

Protecting my purchase. Might not need it, but prefer to have the protection in case anything happens.

I am normally a person that prefers sears warranties when it comes to my appliances because of their attention to detail. But this warranty was 1/3 the price and added to the terrific price of the product I could not pass it up. I have used geek squad on my electronic devices and was happy so I have to wait to see the progress on these items if needed

We are very happy !! We pay for what we have... my wife loves shopping so a good tip is to research more about the product and believe me i did it i was not disappointed
