Some folks believe that the Geek Squad Protection plan is just another gimmick to get more money from the customer. Its like any insurance. You purchase it hoping never to have to use it.

The dishwasher is great. Everything comes out really clean and its very quiet.

Hope to never have to use the extended warranty ever.x

I placed an order over the phone with a Best Buy agent. He told me about the 3 year Geek Squad plan and I added it to my purchase. He knew from viewing my account I already had 2 year with my Best Buy Total membership. He didn't tell the 3 year plan started at the same time as my 2 year. Essentially, it was a waste of money.

They did a great job, technician was professional and polite and very knowledgeable

The warranty is a great idea it saved me summerell hunderd dollars when I had a problem and they could not fix it so they gave me a voucher for the amount I paid for the original product

They came and installed the dishwasher quickly and did a great job.

We are very happy !! We pay for what we have... my wife loves shopping so a good tip is to research more about the product and believe me i did it i was not disappointed

I have Been very happy with this range. I like the double oven feature, 5 burners with warmer top. Air fryer option comes in very handy. Heats quickly and looks great.

Good refrigerator but, the ice always gets stuck in the door.

Never used them but just knowing that I'd something happens to the gift that i bought my mom i know it will be covered and they still cover appliances

The Geek Squad gentleman were polite, cordial and efficient. They made sure the the installation was very secure and level. They took time to clean it and to demonstrate the buttons to me. I would use these gentleman again with no hesitation!

Our last microwave didn't last three years (different brand), so we aren't going to take our chances on this one. The 3-year Geek Squad service warranty is a deal. It gets fixed or replaced if anything goes wrong.

Good plan to have with each purchase. Good value. Well worth it.

I am happy to have gig sod because I know that my appliances are under insurance. My mind is that is knowing that my appliances are under the geek squad.
