Geek Squad delivered my frig and set it all up and have the extended warranty which is a given now day's the way things are made, I know to many that didn't do it and spent half of what they paid to get it fixed.

Not sure how to review this unless something breaks down, lets just hope that doesn't happen. very easy to set up though

With the way modern appliance could have anything go wrong due to packing so much “convenience” in technology, we figured might as well get extended coverage for such an expensive dishwasher.

I was happy to purchase this protection plan. Usually, I'm not too keen on spending any extra money on an extended "warranty", but for $20/year, it's well worth it. Plumbers are expensive and that's who you would have to call if anything went wrong. It covers everything except theft.

This appliance is for a rental property We always make it a habit to purchase extended protection for all appliances in rental properties, as it makes life easier for us and for our tenants too.

Haven't used it yet. Hopefully don't have to. Wonder if my TotalTech membership would cover this since bought microwave before membership.

I always say this but you must get a plan on big ticket item. Best Buy has always repaired or replaced my items when I flash the plan. Try to buy your item on sale and use the sale money you saved to get the plan.

I love the ice maker because it gives you crushed ice like Sonic does. You have a lot of fridge space and freezer space

I didn't purchase the warranty on the first stove and when the ceramic top was accidentally damaged putting in a hood; the cost of the repair was only $100 less than the cost of a new stove. We opted for a new stove, but if I had purchased this, the repair would have been covered.

I am hoping that I don't have to use it but having this type of coverage is a peace of mind

The team were great. The lady in the team was just as knowledgeable as the young man. I was impressed with how she handled the fridge during the moving of the item

Love the protection afforded with Geek squad appliance protection. I've had to use in the past when the Manufacturer's warranty didn't cover something after the first year. I'll never regret the purchase.

I'm a bit upset with the Geek Squad Protection. It's good for some items, but not others. It didn't cover my TV for accident protection when my small kid threw something in the house and hit and shattered the $500 55 inch TV. But it covers accident protection on laptops, which are much more expensive??? Probably most useful for appliances, where they fail from defects in a shorter amount of time.

Geek Squad has always been amazing for us. We have not had to use it yet for the microwave we bought but we've used it for other things.

Very helpful. I highly recommended for specially for Samsung appliance user.
