I’ve bought this protection plan on every TV I’ve purchased from Best Buy (4)…worth it when something goes wrong…like lightning strikes, warranty replacement TV direct from Sony…makes me feel safer about the purchase.

First off ill need to say it looks awesome in the kitchen being stainless steel. The large oven makes it easy to cook more than one casserol at s time. The wifi snd voice control feature is great(and has a app u can download to control as well) . The burners heat within seconds . Its the fastest i seen water boil. It has a large drawer to fit extra pans snd the bread proof is nice also . You just push a button as well as this keeps mesls warm to. Over sll this is a great buy i have nothing negative to say about it. I would definatley reccommend it.

I love it. Very easy to use and connect to my wifi and app. Wouldn't trade it for the world!

We tried to have our 20 yr old over the counter microwave repaired. Sadly, it was dead, Jim. He strongly recommended getting the extended warranty for ANY new appliance, as new units are just not made to be a durable as those from 20 years ago.

Great service for the price. If they can’t fix the item, they provide a refund of the purchase price. We always buy the extended warranty because it is easy to deal with Best Buy if you have a problem.

Geek squad came in a fast time and fixed any issues i had and answer any questions i had,they didnt leave until i was hapoy with my product and i had all the info i needed.

Over the course of 8 years I've replaced every appliance twice and have become the best at identifying problems, youtubing videos and finding solutions... i'm tired of it. My microwave stopped working. I called Geek Squad and was easily able to get through to a person. I made a appointment and had a tech come out within a few days. He was polite and professional. He ordered the parts and returned within a week and got it working again. This is a very good service.

I purchased the 5 year extended Geek Squad service plan because it seems cost effective for all of the protection it provides for our new dishwasher. Have not used it yet but it makes me sleep better at night knowing I have this extended protection.
