Love the simplicity of this frig. The only thing I am not crazy about is that the ice cube shoot gets jammed and we need to remove and empty the ice container and use a hairdryer to melt the frozen surrounding ice in the shoot.

So far I’ve not needed the extended warranty but it was reasonably priced and provides peace of mind should I need it. The pricing was actually better than the extended warranty offered by the manufacturer.

Worth having for high value items! We’ve had to use it before and service was great.

My Open boxed microwave died within a month or so or getting it. Geek squad came out, determined it needed a new panel. They returned with a new one a week or so later. They did not reinstall the microwave properly, causing a large dent in the top and now the whole Micrwave is falling apart. Due to COVID, no one is coming in to fix it. I'm afraid it's going to fall and crash into my new stove (which I bought from Best Buy as well). No answer from management regarding this issue. I also can't upload the photos showing the damage that is happening. Your site won't let it upload them. I'm not answering the recommendation section because it could be this one time. I'd like to see it rectified.

I have not need to use them yet. I hear they have a good to great reputation.

Got 5 year protection cause I know the oven heat will create problems with the digital control panel at some point.

I always buy insurance for expensive stuff at Best Buy because there isn't any trouble to exchange our defective merchandise in the event that I need to do so. Best buy has not let me down in over 10 years that I am a customer.

Great fridge spacious, like the water beverage holder and the option to open the quick access.

This is a must have. Peace of mind knowing that if anything happens you’ll be covered is worth the investment.

Always buy the purchase protection. When I used it in the past there has never been any issues. Would definitely recommend

The refrigerator is the perfect size for our home. The internal water dispenser is a dream come true. My only complaint is that the thermostat does not always light up properly. If I wasn't having this issue I would have given it a 5.

We got the extended service plan with our refrigerator, as extra protection. Geek squad has always taken care of us if there has been a problem, so we always get a protection plan with our items.

Was able to get rid of my inferior whirlpool range .. Unrepairable and get my beautiful Samsung range

Keep an eye on the 10 year linear motor warranty... None better. Cover it also with an extra couple years, and you'll be glad you did.
