So glad I got the protection plan. Within the first year I had a parts problem. I got a new range out of it.

I have used the Geek Squad for either over the phone or chat product support. I haven't had to have a service call yet. So, that means I made a good product choice, eh?

Geek squad is great. We have always purchased geek squad protection for all electronics whether we use it or not. Doesn't make sense not to with the cost of everything going up.

we havent had to use this warranty but are confident we would be taken care of like we have been in the past

This is a great purchase. I got stuck on a 3-year plan. Best Buy helped me with my new purchase as much as they could. I highly recommend a 5-year plan.

We bought the Geek squad service for our dishwasher, so far we have not had to use it, however we feel great knowing we have this in our back pocket should we have to use it in the future.

I get the protection plan almost always on all my appliances. will always buy protection plan from best buy. geek squad has always been there to help me.

They did a great job setting up my stove and making sure that it was even on all sides.
