I hope I will never need to use the Geek Squad service, but it gives you peace of mind knowing you have that extra protection in the event of a problem down the road.

Haven’t had much interaction with geek squad but what limited interactions I’ve had are great

With the appliances now adays having so much technology I thought it was good to buy some added protection. Hope I never need to use them, but if I do I have the protection.

I usually never purchased extended warranty. This time I decided buy because appliances these have too many electronics. This may come handy.

Everything went as planned for the service from scheduling to install.

Geek Squad service is always nice and prompt. Initially, we did not understand some operations or had some confusion. They visited us always whenever we wanted.

Hope not to need the protection, but feel good about getting it.

The best decision to buy warranty on any electronics

I purchased whirlpool brand products AND the warranty. Unfortunately means for the first year I have to call whirlpool for any needs. that means I paid for three years but only getting two. Bummer.

So far have not had to use the geek squad for this item but because the cost was so reasonable I feel comfort knowing the squad wold be there if needed.

Worth the peace of mind, especially with a big purchase like this.

it cheap insurance on these expensive appliances now days

installation went well and the guys that helped out were very kind and respectful

I have had to reach out a few times to this team and each time they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I am sure I will be contacting them again.

really glad I had this when the *&^@# hit the fan on my fridge. Saved 700 in repairs so very happy with this.

The GEEK SQUAD always honors a protection plan for any product they cover & if every needed they will repair or replace the product that is covered that is why I have always purchased the GEEK SQUAD protection coverage

I always buy extended warranty as a precaution. I haven't used, so I can't rate it.
