Another big purchase and we decided that insuarance was a great idea for our appliances.

I don't know why I keep purchasing these, except that they provide peace of mind. I have only used a warrant once in 20 years, but when I did, they replaced the item immediately.

I have had so-so experience with Geek Squad in the past with cell phones, but since this is covering an item not under contract, I expect that I will have far better experiences with it is needed. So far, so good.

Once you do get to part of getting appointment to get serviced you are good to go. But it's the part that trying to set up appointment is really really super hard. You will reach to the point of feeling like throw your phone to any wall beside you before you get someone who speaks enough English to understand you want to set up service time with Protection plan you have bought. Some days you will get through, somedays you won't. Take your pick But I would say it's still cheaper to go through this than actually not having any protection at all since you might be lucky to talk to someone

Geek squad is great. I called for a home reoair they were here in a couple days. Fixed my issue and gave me tips on how to care for my appliances.

Having that extra few years of coverage on an item in very reassuring, just the fact that you have one less thing to worry about for an extended period of time

I usually don't get this with any of my appliance purchases.. simply because I take great care of my things and they seem to last quite a while. But this time I couldn't pass up 3 year protection plan for only $29 was a steal. Why not! Haha

Delivery and setup of newly purchased refrigerator went well

happy to know that we have peace of mind on this appliance- just 1 breakdown or potential problem is covered. All new appliances are prone to operator error and various issues ( although I do not expect any)

Awesome there if i need it picked up a microwave for my aunt and she lives about 2 hours away so i wanted to make sure she's protected

The Agents came and unloaded the dishwasher and placed it directly where I wanted it to be placed.
