The bestbuy warranty on staff is one of the best on the market. When you need it, it always works and without any problem.

The repairs are performed by a third party and their communication is horrible. My bosch dishwasher stopped working at 17 months, the repairman said it was beyond economical repair and they would replace it. It took one month and over 10 calls getting passed from representative to representative to finally schedule the replacement. I had purchased a 5 year protection plan, they now said after the unit is replaced the protection plan is void and I need to purchase a new plan. They decided it was cheaper to replace rather than fix it, now my 5 year protection plan is voided after only 17 months. SCAM!

have not had to use this service yet for this appliance. When I call to talk to them hold times are long.... but the team themselves are very good.

the warranty has been a great investment. Since just to get a tech out to your house is like $75-125

not to much to said, havent use the extend it warranty yet but 3 extra years for this price is priceless

Gives me a piece of mind. It doesn’t look like I will be using this, because the machine is doing wonderfully. But is always smart to get it.

Haven’t used it but you never know what can go wrong so worth the purchase
