I was supposed to get an exchange for my microwave but the lack of communication was horrible. I was told completely different things after they attempted to deliver my microwave and was informed they would not take down my old non working microwave and would have to pay them to install my new one because they could not fix it and I paid for the 5 year warranty on it.

We buy this protection on all of our equipment. If something goes wrong the service is very good.

Great value for the peace of mind. Also, the delivery and set up is well worth it.

I think it would benefit if you use it. At the time. It sounded good but you have to renew yearly for the total tech.

The agent was helpful and the price was right. The TV is working fine but you never know about the future.
