    Poor service for refrigerators

    Bought a 5 year plan and Best Buy still trying to send me to LG over compressor failure in the refrigerator. I did not buy the plan to call LG. Fridge lasted just under 4 years.

    Service person was rude and really didn’t check my refrigerator but instead told me that I had to much food and he left but I paid for a 5 year plan

    Terrible Service

    Terrible Service, after waiting for a week for delivery, got a phone call to schedule the delivery a week from now, unacceptable Customer Service and agent refused to give me a manager to speak to.

    Fridge will not cool and has been repaired 4 times

    Fridge is nice but worthless. Has broken down on me 4 times and I have lost all of my stuff inside the fridge. Best buy never told me I could get reimburse until this last time. I will not buy this fridge again. Also my Freezer stopped working. First time repair was set out 2 weeks out, second time about same time. This last time they gave me a week out. I have no fridge and therefor I need to wait.

    I have had this fridge since 2019. Almost all the shelves have broken Most within the first 2 months. I will not buy a fridgidair again.

    Unacceptable Customer Service

    My refrigerator went out last Friday, and I called the Geek Squad per the directions of the Protection Plan and despite two followups, Best Buy failed to schedule a repair after 4 days and I am still waiting. For Utah residents, the Plan required Best Buy to commence repair within 24 hours after calling the Geek Squad.

    As everyone knows, these refrigerators were a great idea executed poorly. The ice makers in EVERY model do not work. I unfortunately bought two so I now have two terribles fridges. Stay away from these.

    Defective fridge results in warranty repair that never happened. BB Warranty states you can be without your firdge for THIRTY DAYS (30)

    waste of money. i am now 3 repairs deep into getting my fridge to work properly. the company they contract does not have basic diag skills. i have been told twice that there is nothing wrong when my fridge is set to 34 it will only cool to 44 well above safe temp. now parts are back ordered. so far over 3 weeks with a fridge that only gets kinda cool

    Like many others, it failed in 16 months, and i lost not only a very expensive appliance but all the food inside it.

    Worst delivery team ever Due to the nature of my business, I buy a lot of appliances. This delivery team didn’t install the handles, reverse the doors hinges or even plug it in. Will see what Best Buy will do about that.

    Do not get the 5 year protection on any LG refrigerator. Mine stopped working within the 5 year time frame and all I was told was to go to LG and that Geek Squad couldn't do anything. Waste of total money

    THIS IS A JOKE!!! You pay for product replacement if there is a problem and then they have no interest in coming out to check a brand new fridge that quit working 20 minutes after it was delivered.

    We have a Samsung dishwasher - in less than a year it died and we had the geek squad to fix it. Here we are just a month later and it died again … not calling the geek squad. When they left last time they left a mess -

    Geek squad a total rip off! After 5 weeks waiting on various parts to fix my 2 yr old washing machine they agreed to replace it. I have waited over 2 hrs today on the phone number they gave me to start the process & no one has answered.

    GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION PLANS ARE A JOKE

    Dont buy this for an upright freezer, they do not honor it because "the freezer is too small". I purchased a 14 cubic foot freezer and set up service and they canceled it without telling me. I called back and they told me to deal with the store for my ONLINE order. Overall after 12 phone calls they ended up exchanging it. WORST PROTECTION PLAN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    item might be good but the store person told me they don't have in store it will delivered in jan 10, but when I schedule the delivery time and date, I am not able to choose earlier than jan 14.

    WORTHLESS Protection Plan

    They sell your protection plan to a 3rd party company called Special Forces. They don't answer their phones, don't show up for appointments and don;t perform the needed repairs. The service agreement is worthless.
