The service person was very professional and timely. Unfortunately, no parts were available. So had to return the freezer.

This plan gives me piece of mind with my refer purchase. Quality just isn't what is once was and I felt this was a decent value all things considered.

I tried to use the phone contact but this was the most frustrating hour I have ever spent on the phone. In the end he sent me to a web site that was supposed to guide me thru the easy fix/. Needless to say it was in tech speak and I had no idea what they were talking about. I finally had to make appointment with a tech to come out to fix the problem. That I understood.

It is a must to purchase a warranty for the long term expectations have greatly changed of the years and as technology changes it is becoming harder to fix your own Appliance and best buy warranties in general are Excellent when it come to customers satisfaction .

Delivered on time, plenty of updates prior to arrival, very polite and respectful.

We are enjoying the fridge very nice and easybto use. Especialy after our old one just went and died on us

The freezer could b 10% smaller 2 allocate more fridge space and the app privacy policy is 2 broad, with no acctual audio privacy 4 consumers so if not agreed 2, you can't use all the features the way they are intended. Sad. The shelves, space, and layout r gr8. Way better than the others. Its beautiful, roomy, & quiet. Recommend! Ty

This a modern look skinny refrigerator. It fits in an small space and is flatering. I just love the new look in my kitchen.

I have purchased several extended warranties with appliance purchases at Best Buy. I have never had any issues getting items repaired.

We have the extended warranty on our LG refrigerator. Unfortunately, we have had problems while the appliance was still under factory warranty. The LG them has completed repairs 3 times and the issues are not resolved. At this point, the Geek Squad warranty is taking effect and we will see what happens next. I will try to update this review after our appointment tomorrow.

Did not have to use this because refrigerator works perfectly

It's a no brainer. Just get all your appliances from Best Buy and Geek Squad protection for all of them. Remove the uncertainty of broken appliances and unpredictable repair bills. So valuable to have the peace of mind from Geek Squad so you're never worried about unexpected repair costs. Geek Squad is extremely responsive. They don't hassle you when you call for a repair. They quickly assign a technician to fix it. Just get this coverage so you can sleep easier at night. You won't regret it.

REFRIGERATORS ALWAYS ALWAYS !!! NEED A SERVICE CONTRACT

I love this fridge so far i like the look and the water and ice dispensers are separate you don't have keep hitting the buttons to change. Which will make the wear less on the panel, it is more spacious than i thought and it doesn't show the fingerprints on the doors and handles for less cleaning. No dislikes yet.

I've never had any issues with Geek Squad. I think for your money you get a lot of coverage. I think its important to have a warranty for a high cost appliance.

Best Buy offers the best warranty for electronics and home accessories. You cant not go wrong with this warranty and it covers more than the manufacturer warranty. I put warranties on everything I buy from Best Buy, it's just that cheap insurance for when things go south!!
