Again the agents did a wonderful job taking the refridgerator and putting it back together.

These guys came out to repair my refrigerator several times. They couldn't fix it because the parts from Samsung were bad. They gave me a voucher to replace the refrigerator. When I chose the second refrigerator they delivered it, set it up, and hauled the old one away. (old refrigerator was less than 1 year old). Kudos to these guys for their patience and determination to keep a customer happy.

With the high cost of repairs I thought this a practical move. Factory warranties typically only last one year and dealing with the factory can be more problematic. I bought the 5 year plan for my whirlpool refrigerator. Its covered from top to bottom for 5 years. If anything goes wrong Best Buy's Geek Squad owns the problem. They'll even replace the frig if after three attempts to repair it do not fix the issue. I have not used the service so far so I do not know how well they do their thing however. I gave the plan a 5 star for the top to bottom responsibility for 5 years straight that Geek Squad provides.

We got an excellent deal. It was open box. It was in great condition. We love it.

We purchased Geek Squad protection for our appliance because previous experiences with Geek Squad have been positive and it gives us more comfort knowing a local crew would respond if needed. We haven't had reason to use this yet but believe Geek Squad would do a good job if called upon to help. I hope we never have to use them :-)

The Geek squad is usually very good which is why I purchased a $500 warranty with my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator.

Great service having my fridge installed. Fast and knowledgeable. They even had to remove the handles to get it through a doorway.

I'm really enjoying my new refrigerator, however I had to make some cabinet adjustments because it sits between two cabinets. The one thing that I didn't take under consideration is that the ice and water dispenser is plastic and I think over time, it will start discoloring.

I absolutely love this Refrigerator, very classy looking and very clean and efficient.. I love the glass door where You just tap twice and You can see on before opening..

I've only had to use a protection plan one time and it worked fine. I used to never buy these but with everything being computerized now and just not built to last like the good old days, I buy a protection plan except on items that is is too expensive

I've purchased the protection plans in the past and they have always proven to be well worth the cost. Once my TV failed 5 days before the protection plan expiration date -- and I received a brand-new larger TV as a replacement. Wouldn't go without it.

This is a great fridge/freezer, so much more room than my old one
