This is a very nice icebox. I really like the modern aleek look on the outside with bo dorr handles. The inside is good and so is the freezer. Only reason i didnt give it five stars is because i would have gone for more fridge space.

Love this fridge! So much space - LOVE having the ice maker on the door rather than taking up shelf space. I was hesitant on “smudge free” but it fights off sticky hands and wet doggie noses with ease. The led lights are amazing and offer so much light. Love that it’s on the front of the fridge rather than the back - impossible to cover the light. Only thing that could make it better would be a light for the water/ice dispenser.

I buy the 5 years on all my appliances l lost a tv because a part went bad they came to my house found the problem said they didn’t make that part anymore so l got a brand new TV

I was told it’s an in house warranty, haven’t used it and hope I never have to. lol.

Hoping my warranty pays off. Got it to be worry free. Hoping it is hasslefree too. Time will tell. Haven’t used it yet.

I am so happy I purchased the Geek Squad Protection plan for my fridge as my refrigerator broke down right right when COVID-19 started. Since the technician was not able to enter my home and given my refrigerator had broken down before BestBuy exchanged it for a bigger model. The model I got was actually bigger which was actually pretty nice of them. The representative I spoke with was actually really helpful and nice.

I have all my appliances covered. It is always a great experience getting a hold of the geek squad and submitting a claim.

Geek Squad has been great. I get one-on-one attention and all my questions are answered. If I don't understand they will take the time to explain things in layman's terms. Great expeience.

Love the size and options. The temp dial is tricky though, it takes a few tries for it to land where you want it. All in all it's good so far!

Love that we are protected it helps knowing any where down the road 5 years I will have the coverage and don’t have to buy a whole new piece of equipment

For the cost for 5 years of worry free on the fridge it was worth it. Hopefully we won’t need to use it but if we have to we are covered.

Not much to say about this extra warranty as I haven't needed it for the new refrigerator we bought. Won't kick in until warranty expires. I will say that I am surprised that $2000 refrigerators aren't expected to last more than a few years. I remember the old Sears Kenmore that you bought once every 20 years.

Haven’t had any issues yet with the product I purchased the warranty for. But have just used a warranty for a laptop I bought a couple years ago. Son dropped my laptop and damaged it. Brought it in with one month left on geek squad warranty. No questions asked. They took it in and said 4 to 6 weeks, I dropped it off Saturday afternoon and got it back Thursday shipped to my House

This was a life saver. Glad we purchased it. They ended up replacing the entire refrigerator because they couldn't get someone to come fix it. They brought the new fridge, hooked it up and took the broke one.

Geek squad is always there when you need them. They are very professional and we love the team in our local area. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the good work and thanks for all of the support.

Love having the protection plan Bestbuy makes their plan easy to use. While I have not had to use it for this freezer I did have a plan for our Microwave. We had a powersurge through the house that ruined it and they just replaced the product no problem

Good quality, recommend refrigerator for the cost.
