I actually would have given this refrigerator 5 stars but it just didnt fit my family's needs. It is a great fridge for the price.

So convenient and glad I have it. It will be worth having this if anything goes wrong.

As of now I have not needed to use my extended protection. However, I have peace of mind knowing that if my refrigerator breaks down, I can have it fixed. The plan is very affordable, a lot more cheaper than other competitors. I checked around before making my purchase, and I definitely saved a lot of money.

It’s sometimes hard to figure out stuff on your own, they help a lot and always have answers you need

I don't normally buy extended warranties, but on such a large dollar-amount item and one that I can't just throw in the car to take to a repair shop, I thought it was worth buying. I hope I never have to use it, but I breathe a little easier knowing it's there.

Geek squad protection for the next 3 years is a peace of mind I can have for my new kitchen appliance. Although I believe my purchase is of the highest quality and reliability, you never know with appliances or machinery, so having this protection is certainly assuring.

They delivered my freezer in excellent condition and helped put it in the house. I love my deep freezer and glad I bought it from Best Buy!

A must have, highly recommend getting this protection on any newer appliance as they unfortunately not built liek they used to be, this easily paid for itself in no time

This is truly a nice product to have when the item purchased is expensive . I have had purchased this product on other items purchased and so far I have not been disappointed

Replaced the broken fridge with a new one, no problem. Even took the time to find a different brand/model in the same price range. Extraordinarily kind staff.

It is spacious, nice size compartments, but no outside ice dispenser. Other than that, i highly recommend it.

The price of the 5 year protection plan was fair. I like the fact that it is backed by the retailer. I have never had to collect on a Geek squad protection plan so I don't know how good it is, but I will be happy if the item lasts longer than the 5 years of the plan.

You cant go wrong with a protection plan it covers your item and if the item can not be repaired they will gladly exchange for equal value or pay a difference and upgrade do not forget to insure your upgrade highly recommend.....

Installed my refrigerator. It was not easy to get it into the house. But they were willing to trouble shoot when necessary.
