Have had the fridge for over two months now and has been great. Have water connected with filter and the water feature is great. Also a plus is the ice maker.

We purchased he warrenty with our new refrigerator. We have never had to use a Best Buy extended warrenty but seemed to be a no brainer. With the price of a new refrigerator and the manufactures not making them to last a fractrion of time as the older mechanical units, this gives some peace of mind when dropping a couple of thousand dollars on an appliance and the manufacturer only offers a 1 year warrenty.

Used the Geek Squad twice for a dehumidifier. On both occasions, the service was prompt and seamless. Will definitely the service/repair warranty by Geek Squad

I have Geek Squad for my electronics and keep renewing it yearly. This option was specific to the fridge and I felt the price was worth it. Will cover almost everything. Still have the warranty obviously, but know that after that, the Geek Squad will be able to help if, heaven forbid it fails.

I bought geek squad protection reluctantly and realized it is worth every penny. Thanks for the recommendation of the sales person. The Samsung refrigerator got issues after a year with ice buildup, and voila geek squad team stepped in to fix the problem, they also did pay for the spoilage. All this during peak of COVID-19.

The warranty on this refrigerator was cheaper at Best Buy as compared to Home Depot and Lowe's for the same time period. I usually don't buy the warranty but I decided to get it because these refrigerators are supposed to break down after 3 years. I hope I don't have to use the warranty but if I do I hope it won't be a huge hassle.

Every appliance I buy I get the extended warranty and it has paid for it self and more. Nothing is made as good as it used to be. I’ve had my appliances worked on by geek squad many times over the years and they do a great job and have had appliances replaced before.

Geek Squad protection is well worth the expense works. Have used it in the past with great success. Had to have the oven door replaced crew was clean, quick, and polite.

We bought all of our new appliances and a couple of tv's this year and put Geek Squad Protection on everything! One of the TVs we bought went bad in the first week we owned it, and Geek Squad handled everything to get it replaced for us (even after the manufacture claimed it was not covered under their warranty). For people that think this is not worth the money.....sorry but you are wrong! Worth every penny!

Haven't had to use it but good to know there is one in place in case of any troubles. Wasn't too expensive and love that they offered a plan!

If you are buying an appliance you have to have the extra warranty. The system is built to require it. Don't go alone on a refrigerator... I guarantee you will need it before the 5 years is out. My last unit needed 5 repairs then finally replacement. It saved me over $3,000!

Love how easy to clean and spacious shelfs. Only rhing i dont like is the slow ice dispenser and small capacity. Keeps food cold and plenty of room

IF YOU LIVE IN ULSTER COUNTY BE WARE DO NOT BUY A YEARLY CONTRACT THE DO NOT SERVICE THE ARE BECAUSE THE STORE IN KINGSTON WAS CLOSED AND THE COMPANY REFUES TO PUT A LOCATION IN THE ULSTER COUNTY AREA 2 ITEMS I BOUGHT CAME DAMAGE . waited 5 app. for camera's instalation.

I just recently used my Geek Squad warranty to replace a Whirlpool Refrigerator that had been giving us nothing but problems from the very start. After several attempts at trying to fix it, the Geek Squad stepped in and replaced my refrigerator with a new one and a different brand, by my choice. Excellent warranty.

Why in the world would you not buy the geek squad protection plan? For an appliance package or HD TV you're spending over a thousand dollars. For up to $249.00 (depending on how much you spend), this is cheap insurance. $50.00 a year, for a 5 year coverage. I bet you spend $50.00 dollars a week at your local coffee shop. In my opinion, buy the extended warranty, so your expensive item is covered.

Haven’t had to use this service just yet for this system but have in the past. Geek squad has always came through. That’s why I purchase it again
