So far so good. Have not had any issues with our new appliance, but feel great knowing that we have the Geek Squad ready to come out an help as needed.

Highly recommend it. Had it on my prior Samsung fridge and it was used more than once. As a note, the repair needed was 3-4 times the cost of the extended warranty. It is expensive, but the additional peace of mind makes it a necessity

I don’t usually buy protection plans but after going through 2 refrigerators I felt compelled. The price was right and the peace of mind was priceless. We have not had to use it which is great but it is there if we need it.

Getting a geek squad protection plan is a must on any and all products you buy. Having no worries and peace of mind is why you should get a plan with them. Just make sure to get the right amount of years your happy with and you will be good to go

Protection warranty is peace of mind something that happens within 3 years or 5 years is better. Instead of buying new products if cannot fix. If not available to fix they will help to find the solution and customer service very easy to talk.

Haven't had to use this yet, but it gives me peace of mind to know that if anything goes wrong, it's covered.

I PURCHASED A TOTAL TECH PACKAGE, IT WAS WORTH IT, I WAS ABLE TO USE IT FOR EVERY PURCHASE. IT PAYED FOR IT SELF , I WAS ABLE TO SAVE A LOT OF MONEY AND WHAT EVER I PURCHASED IS COVERED WITH GEEK SQUAD, WHAT A RELIEF!

Always recommend the warranty! Yes, most products come with their own but for those you generally have to work back and forth with the manufacturer, this is a pain. With the Geek Squad you can go directly into the store!

Beware of these service plans, these types of "warranties" seem harder and harder to use. I have normally purchased my large appliances from Best Buy because of the service plans, but I am considering going elsewhere in the future. Fridge has been having an issue and I called to get the fridge serviced, they tell me that the fridge has a warranty with the manufacturer for 10 years parts and 5 years labor. I spent two hours trying to get ahold of Whirlpool and finally talking to them they confirm that but the warranty does not cover the service call to see what is wrong with the fridge, so I am geek squad tells me this time they won't authorize the service call without a RMA number that I need to get from the manufacturer, so I have to waste more time now to get this information. I was a big believer of Best Buy and Geek Squad, this has changed by this whole experience.

The technicians were helpful and set everything up

Just by the protection, you cannot beat the fact that they will exchange it for a new product if they cannot fix it.... I use to never buy it then few years ago i tried it out and will not put it on almost everything i buy.

I AM ENJOYING THE DOOR IN DOOR FUNCTION. THE DOUBLE ICE MAKER IS ALSO VERY HANDY WHEN EXTRA ICE IS NEEDED. PLENTY OF STORAGE SPACE INSIDE AND I LOVE THE SLIDE OUT DRAWER IN THE BOTTOM OF THE REFRIGERATOR. WE LOOKED AT MANY MAKES AND MODELS OF REFRIGERATORS AND THIS ONE DEFINITELY HAS THE MOST BANG FOR THE BUCK! NO REGRETS PURCHASING THIS REFRIGERATOR.

This is a great product I should have bought the 13cu ft but this still is amazing.
